CARDIO CONDITIONING

Signature HIIT style class will give you an efficient workout that combines cardio and conditioning into one class. Exercises will be high intensity but low impact options/adaptations will be provided. Some equipment needed.

CORE

Class focusing on core body strength as the foundation for all other exercise.

ASS CLASS

Feel the booty burn as we focus on building strength and fighting gravity. Not here to work your ass off, here to work your ass UP!

strength

Resistance based exercise to build strength from the outside in. Some equipment needed.

FLEX

Take the time to work on your flexibility and mobility with these recovery focused classes.
